For women’s self defense Dallas has many female self defense programs which incorporate karate, taekwondo and other proven martial arts training techniques.
But it takes more than a self defense class to keep you safe.
Hi, I’m glad you’re here because for three decades I’ve helped hundreds of women just like you strengthen their spirit, walk more confidently and feel a lot safer in any situation.
I’m happy to talk with you.
You see, even the best self defense lessons won’t keep you safe without what I like to call, “spirit training.”
The truth is you need to train your spirit right along with your body to create a strong sense of personal safety and security.
And it’s the training of the spirit that is missing from most Dallas self defense classes.
As a master of TaeKwonDo and Kajakenbo I’ve scrutinized the many martial arts self defense schools, having studied with Hindu swami masters, experts in tai chi, gurus of yoga and black belts of elite fighting styles.
And because I am devoted to women’s safety, I’ve taken all that experience and focused it on developing several self defense courses utilizing my unique set of specialized self defense techniques designed especially for women.

I’ve taken several classes of martial arts in several different styles from different instructors. Cotton’s self defense techniques are the best out of all of them because his techniques teach how to disable the opponent quickly and how to kill in self defense when necessary. They are real self defense techniques and not just sports moves, so they have a more practical application in the real world when it comes to fulfilling the need for self defense. A lot of martial arts dojos just don’t have that aspect and their only purpose is for entertainment/sport. Cotton understands what a woman needs to know to defend herself and has spent forty years learning and developing his technique and has developed the most thorough system for women’s self defense I know of. It’s unlikely you’d find a better self defense style than Cotton’s or a better instructor than Cotton.
Mr Batte,
This morning I heard you on Terrie Q’s show. I’m forwarding your web-address to my daughter in McKinney, Tx and hopefully she will get my 10 old granddaughter involved in your self defense program.
Sincerely Mogens
